1. CE Marking Compliance (EN ISO 12100:2010): The machine has undergone a thorough risk assessment and risk reduction protocol in accordance with the EN ISO 12100:2010 standard. This fundamental Type-A machine safety standard dictates that all moving parts, weaving spindles, and winding rollers are fully guarded with physical interlocking barriers, shielding operators from mechanical hazards during high-speed run times.

Precision Mesh Consistency Verification: Our quality inspection department utilizes high-precision digital calipers and industrial cameras to measure and verify the dimensional accuracy of the woven mesh rolls. This quality control test guarantees that the diamond mesh openings (ranging from 25mm to 100mm) remain perfectly uniform throughout a standard 50-meter fence roll, preventing mesh skewing or physical distortion.
